The ErP CPx Warm Air Gas & Oil Cabinet Heater are indirect gas or oil fired air heaters fitted with resiliently mounted fan and motor assemblies, stainless steel combustion chamber and mild steel heat exchanger.
Powrmatic ErP CPx cabinet heater range covers 13 models with outputs from 30kW to 590kW. Heaters can be supplied in either upright or horizontal configuration and can be installed directly into the space to be heated, sited in plant rooms or specified for external applications (CPx EA). All heaters have on/off control, both oil and gas high/low burners and modulating gas burner options available (model dependent). CPx heaters are matched to Riello pressure jet oil and forced draught gas burners. Oil fired heaters are supplied with a factory fitted fire safety valve and filter. Heaters are available with a comprehensive range of oil or gas fired burners. An MC200V3 control unit is supplied with every heater.
As from September 2018 the scope of the current Ecodesign regulation (EU) 2015/1188, Directive 2009/125/EC – Lot 21 Tier 1 (ErP) regulation is widened to embrace maximum levels of Nitrous Oxide (NOx) emissions. All warm air heaters used to provide comfort for the occupants of a heated space must emit NOx levels less than 100 mg/kWh. Compliance to the standard remains mandatory.
Powrmatic also manufacture the CPx range in horizontal free blowing, horizontal ducted and external versions (green). Often within garage or workshop environments, internal fumes can be harmful if recirculated and the air quality is extremely poor, so a CPx external unit ducted into the building from outside bring fresh air in will resolve this issue.
